The typography for Crime Pursuit was developed to visually represent intensity, investigation, and psychological tension. The design reflects the dark and suspense-driven nature of crime storytelling, aiming to create immediate intrigue and emotional impact. The overall approach balances boldness with precision, ensuring the title feels cinematic and authoritative.

Font Style & Structure

• Primary Style: Custom-modified sans-serif typography
• Character Traits: Sharp edges, strong vertical strokes, and condensed spacing
• Design Treatment: Slight distortion and angular cuts were used to convey urgency, danger, and movement
• Hierarchy: Strong emphasis on the word “Crime” to highlight the core theme, while “Pursuit” complements the flow and narrative direction

The design draws inspiration from:
